The six (6) classifications we offer, which can be implemented separately or combined are:
1. Phone Support - 24-7 support to building owner/operator via phone or support to BAS (Building Automation System) via modem.
2. Automation Service - Scheduled "on site" visits for maintenance inspection of the BAS operation.
3. Temperature Controls - Scheduled "on site" visits for maintenance inspection of all peripheral devices in the field. It can be used for BAS, electronic, pneumatic, 3rd party, etc.
4. Mechanical Maintenance - Scheduled "on site" visits for maintenance inspection of the system's mechanical equipment.
5. Network Cabling - Scheduled "on site" visits for maintenance inspection of the networks integrity.
6. Full Coverage - All-inclusive agreement that covers all costs associated with material and labour of any or all of the above 5 plans with (24-7) emergency service.
